RTO can work well in combination of VOCs Concentrator. The concentrator can convert the large volume of high concentration gas into small volume of low concentration gas, and then enter RTO for further treatment. In this way, it can reduce the auxiliary fuel consumption, and lower productions costs by saving energy.
1）The concentrator consists of treatment zone, heating recovery zone, and cooling zone.
2）The air containing VOCs goes through the filter and enters the treatment zone, VOCs is absorbed while the purified air is exhausted from the treatment zone.
3）The VOCs absorbed in the concentrator is desorbed in the recovery zone after the hot air treatment. After the desorption, it gets high concentrated to 5-20 times as before.
4）The air is cooled down in the cooling zone and then heated to be reused. It can save energy efficiently.
